Deep Tissue Massage
Thai Massage is a traditional style of deep-tissue massage that although invigorating; leaves the client feeling very relaxed and stress free; by integrating massage with breathing and stretching techniques similar to yoga the body benefits from the realigning of the body’s bone and core structures, to ensure the experience lasts long after you leave our business. Pressure point and Trigger point techniques are used along the meridian channels; to promote the free movement of energy and flow of circulation.
In practice our experienced therapists engage their palms; to warm and assess the clients muscles; our therapists will also use thumbs, elbows, forearms and knees in the treatment; for the purpose of gaining the correct angles and applied pressure to then re-awaken the body’s energy flow and unblock muscle tension. Every treatment concludes with a refreshing hot towel and Thai herbal tea.
Relaxation massage being a common form of treatment provides a more gentle and effective soothing massage generally focusing on a particular problem area; this massage will specifically target either the head, neck and shoulders to help release stress and ease tight muscles; at any time throughout the treatment you can also ask your therapist; if you would prefer the pressure to be harder or softer. Every treatment concludes with a refreshing hot towel and Thai herbal tea.

Cupping is a traditional practice using plastic suction cups on the skin, which rids the body of toxins through the skin and muscles. A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin by means of suction. This draws up the underlying tissues.
Cupping has been found to affect the bodies muscle tissue to a depth of up to four inches, causing tissues to release toxins, activate the lymphatic system, clear colon blockages, help activate and clear the veins, arteries and capillaries, activate the skin, clear stretch marks and improve varicose veins.
